I usually enjoy documentaries, and was very confident about this one, that shows an engineer's attempts at building (and flying) a balloon; it did not live up to my expectations though. Don't get me wrong, there are some interesting things in it, and aficionados of the subject will of course want to see it. But there is also too much off-the-subject footage that only mars the film. To be honest, even the in-the-subject parts were at times rather dull. Also, it appeared to me that at times the interviewer/filmmaker tried too hard to make the engineer look bizarre.
