Synopsis [spoilers]: Herman is stressed over his financial situation so much that it is giving him insomnia. He decides to take a stroll in the park at night to relax. Coincidentally, there has been a series of muggings occurring in the park at night. At the sight of Herman, people get scared and run away. That same night, the mugger attacks an old lady. The police receives complaints about a monster in the park, and the police begins to think that the monster and the thief are the same person. Meanwhile, Grandpa is testing his new invention which makes things bigger. He tells Herman not to worry about his insomnia: "Millions of people suffer from insomnia, and you don't see them losing their sleep over that." The chief of police disguises himself as a woman to catch the thief; when the thief strikes him, Herman lends a hand and overpowers the thief.
