The Munsters: A Visit from Johann (1966) (TV)

Synopsis [spoilers]: Dr. Victor Frankenstein IV phones Herman from Germany, communicating him of the existence of a "brother" of his, that is, another of the original Dr. Frankenstein's creations, earlier than Herman and not as successful. He is identical in appearance to Herman but, having lived in the woods almost all his life, he hasn't been subjected to any form of civilizing influence, not even knowing how to speak. At the request of Dr. Frankenstein (whose reasons are unexplained), they don't tell Lily about him, keeping him in the basement where Herman and Grandpa try to teach him words. Lily is making plans about a weekend alone with Herman in Happy Valley, a second honeymoon, as it were. When no one is watching him, Johann leaves the basement and wanders through the house. Lily is almost ready to leave for Happy Valley and Herman hasn't returned from the city. Lily sees Johann and mistakes him for Herman, leaving with him to Happy Valley. When Herman comes home and finds out that Lily has left with Johann, he is very upset. They contact Dr. Frankenstein who gets in touch with Johann via remote hypnosis; Herman walks all the way to Dr. Frankenstein (it appears). Lily is confused when she sees Herman and Johann together. All is explained and she comments that there wasn't much difference between them after all.

Saw it dubbed in Portuguese.
