The Munsters: Low-Cal Munster (1964) (TV)

Synopsis [spoilers]: Herman is excited about going to the reunion of his army fellows. There is one thing though: he is too fat to fit in his old uniform. He goes on a strict diet consisting only of vitamin pills and water. On Thanksgiving eve, Grandpa teases him by describing all the delicious food that he will miss. Herman passes out and the doctor is called; Herman is pronounced dead, but awakes shortly thereafter, scaring the doctor away. Grandpa suggests to Herman that he be strapped, so as to be not led by temptation during Thanksgiving day; the Munsters eat out so as not to disturb him with the smell of food, but the TV set is showing a man rambling about turkey with blueberry sauce and that is too much for Herman: he breaks free from his straps and roams the streets in a frenzied state; he breaks into a house where a family is having dinner and eats the turkey all by himself. That ruins his weight-losing program, but, surprisingly, when his reunion day comes he shows up in his Army uniform. Lily gets curious about a strange thing she sensed under his jacket, and when she opens its buttons they all notice he is wearing Grandma's corset underneath it.

Saw it dubbed in Portuguese.
