The Munsters: Pike's Pique (1964) (TV)

Synopsis [spoilers]: The gas company is installing a new pipeline and they're only a few meters short of completing their task. The incomplete section is right beneath the Munsters' house. The gas company decides to go through with it without asking for the Munsters' permission, but end up invading the Munsters' basement. They subsequently offer the Munsters money for the right to pass the pipeline under their house, but Grandpa is against it. Since he is outnumbered by those who are for it, they accept the money. They send Marilyn to collect the check at the gas company's president's house, but his wife is jealous and sends her back without the check. Herman decides to go himself, and this time the president's wife passes out when she answers the door; this cures her of her jealousy. The president goes to the Munsters' house and he settles everything, apologizing for the unpleasant incidents at his house; when he hands the contract for Herman to sign, they have to borrow Grandpa's pen; it is filled with vanishing ink; they get the check by mail -- the president has added a substantial additive in retribution for the solution of his marital problems. Grandpa is remorseful for having used the vanishing ink trick -- after all, the gas pipeline will service the whole neighborhood -- and uses his magical powers to restore Herman's signature on the contract.

Saw it dubbed in Portuguese.
