Synopsis [spoilers]: Bellows puts Roger and Tony in charge of chaperoning two Soviet officers in visit to the U.S.. Tony gets to chaperone a beautiful blonde, while Roger is put in charge of a guy. The blonde is very direct with Tony: she wants him. Jeannie finds out reading the newspaper that Tony is chaperoning a girl and gets furiously jealous. Tony locks her up in her bottle, but she manages to swing the bottle into Roger's jacket. Roger finds it and gives it to the Russian girl. Tony finds out about it and rushes back to her apartment. He tries to get the bottle back but Bellows and the general witness this and make Tony give the bottle to her. She opens it and Jeannie is obliged to submit to her. Tony gets very worried about all the power that the bottle would give to the U.S.S.R., but the Russian officer's wish was to become a rich American capitalist woman. After that is accomplished, Jeannie fabricates a double of Tony; the Russian girl is duped into marrying the double, whereas Jeannie goes back to the real Tony.
