Synopsis [spoilers]: Eddie has flunked Science; he hid all the letters the supervisor sent to his family. Grandpa helps him build a robot for the Science fair so he doesn't get expelled from school. A fascistic school inspector -- he was formerly a prison warden -- visits the house and Grandpa shows him around the house; he is horrified by what he sees; at the science fair, he sabotages Eddie's robot; they ask Herman to entertain the audience while Grandpa fixes it; they are very amused as they think Herman is the robot.
