Synopsis [spoilers]: Herman is promoted and must move to Buffalo. They decide to sell the house; Eddie doesn't like the idea because he has just been made captain of the baseball team. They change their minds, but Grandpa has already signed the contract for selling the house. They barricade outside the house, and finally convince the buyer -- a wrecker company -- to tear the contract up.
