Synopsis [spoilers]: Herman asks for a raise and is fired. He doesn't tell his family about it; he goes through a series of jobs without success, the most memorable of which is at a laundry house where he causes a great mess. Lily talks to his former boss and convinces him to rehire Herman -- with the raise included.
