An ultra-secret state-of-the-art military tank is stolen by a multinational army of communists stationed in Mexico. An ex-intelligence operative turned policeman is called in to rescue the tank and its occupants.
Semi-comedic adventure which has some very enigmatic plot details e.g. why did the Americans (apparently) wanted the tank to fall into enemy hands? The film is nothing to write home about but is watchable.
